Vegetable Chowder





2 tablespoons oil
1 cup diced celery
1 cup diced carrots
1 small onions, grated
1½ cups cooked corn
½ cup water
1 teaspoon salt
Salted Celery
1 teaspoon sugar
2 cups evaporated milk and 2 cups water
1 cup cooked peas
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
Grated Cheese (depends on the amount of desired cheese)



Procedure:

Heat the oil, add the onions, celery, carrots, corn, water celery and sugar. Season with salt. Cover until cooked, add milk and peas. Add parsley. Finally, sprinkle it with cheese. You can also add carrots and potatoes if desired.
