Ingredients:
1/3 kilo gluten, cut into ¼ slices
1 carrot
¼ kilo dries mushrooms
½ kilo Chinese noodles
½ cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sugar
5 tablespoons salad oil
Procedure:
Slice all vegetables in ¼ slices. Fry each vegetables separately, adding small portion of gluten. Prior to frying, soak dried mushrooms in a small amount of cold water. When mushroom are softened, fry as before. Soak noodles I hot water for 5 minutes. Mix all vegetables and gluten, and noodles in a kettle; season with baked sesame seeds and soy sauce. Cook for 5 minutes more, serve hot or cold
