Garlic Soup


Good for one person serving:
1 clove of garlic
1 thin slice of bread
Oil
½ cup water
1 egg
Herb Seasonings optional for aroma and flavor

Procedure:

Fry the garlic in a little oil till it begins to brown, then add the bread. Season it with salt and herb seasoning. Pour the boiling water over this. Boil for 1 minute and serve. You can also add egg and toasted bread.
